This session will focus on the latest percutaneous management options and traditional open techniques available for the modern management of ALI with a lively debate comparing open versus endovascular-first approaches to acute limb ischemia. Also, we will focus upon several of the most significant controversies, especially regarding cost-effectiveness, healthcare disparities, and the management of embolic disease versus thrombotic disease, in the form of case-based presentations with a panel discussion.
