This session will address chronic aortic dissection and the most common issues with patients who have aortic dissection in the descending aorta treated with TEVAR. The dreaded issue of Type R endoleak that causes patency of the false lumen and can lead to aortic wall degeneration and aneurysm formation is addressed.
