Ms. Julie Hales has been a Registered Nurse since 2004, working directly in clinical research since 2008. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Informatics. She has been a Research Nurse and the VQI Data Manager at the University of Utah Division of Vascular Surgery for the past 11+ years.
