My name is Ekin Inal, and I am a postdoctoral research fellow in the Division of Vacular Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. I completed medical school in Istanbul, Turkey; where I also competed at the university level in basketball. My research focuses on minimally invasive and robotic vascular surgery, with active projects on robotic median arcuate ligament release, transaxillary first rib resection, and treatment outcomes in mesenteric arterial disease. I am preparing to pursue general surgery residency training in the United States.
