Dr. Andrea Obi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Michigan. Dr. Obi co-chairs the University of Michigan Venous Health Program, a multidisciplinary clinic focused on the care of patients with complex inherited or acquired venous disorders. She serves as the Medical Director of the University of Michigan Diagnostic Vascular Unit, which performs >30,000 vascular studies across 7 sites and is the current Secretary of the IAC vascular testing board. She runs a translational thrombosis lab focused on the molecular mechanisms of immunothrombosis and pharmaceutical and device interventions for venous disease.
