Stephanie Sheridan has been a Nurse Practitioner for twenty years. She has worked with Vascular Institute of Chattanooga for ten years. She functions as the Advance Practice Provider Team Lead. Stephanie previously acquired a specialist certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse Practitioner and along with her nephrology experience, she brings over thirty years of nursing experience to the vascular realm. Stephanie obtained her Associate of Science in Nursing from Chattanooga State Technicial Community College in 1996, she expanded her nursing studies at Southern Adventist University obtaining her bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing in 2003 and 2006, respectively. Also in 2006, Stephanie became a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. Stephanie continued to advance her nursing education and in 2014, Stephanie obtained her terminal degree as a Doctor of Nursing from University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. She has multiple publications with her most recent articles on Progress of a Peripheral Artery Disease: A Case Study and a Review of Supervised Exercise for Peripheral Artery Disease. Stephanie is married to Scott Sheridan and they have two beautiful children, Skylar and Sebastian Sheridan. Stephanie enjoys traveling in her free time.
