Dr Kyla Bennett is an academic vascular surgeon practicing at UW-Madison. In addition to her full-spectrum clinical vascular practice, she has an active research program focusing on methodology in the use of large clinical and administrative databases. Her group is investigating the optimal use parameters for adaptive analytic processes that allow learning from a database while protecting against overfitting.
