Dr. Blakeslee-Carter joined UAB in 2025 as an Assistant Professor after completing her training in the Integrated Vascular Surgery Program where she completed a research fellowship under an NIH AHRQ institutional T32 and an MSPH in Clinical Outcomes Research through the UAB School of Public Health. Her research interests are in resident education, health disparities, cost effectiveness, and medical device development.
