Patrick D. Conroy, MD is a vascular surgery resident in the integrated vascular surgery program at Cooper University Hospital (Camden, NJ). He earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine (Boston, MA), where he developed an early interest in vascular and endovascular surgery.
Dr. Conroy’s academic interests focus on carotid artery disease, aortic pathology, and lower extremity revascularization, with particular emphasis on outcomes research and optimization of perioperative management. He has been actively involved in multiple clinical research projects evaluating carotid revascularization strategies, aortic dissection management, and limb salvage outcomes.
His work has been presented at regional and national meetings, including the Vascular Annual Meeting, with several abstracts spanning carotid, aortic, and peripheral arterial disease. He plans to pursue a career in academic vascular surgery with a focus on clinical research and surgical innovation.
