Zemia Ferreira, MD, is a vascular surgeon from Brazil and a Postdoctoral Associate in the Advanced Endovascular Aortic Research Program at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She completed medical school in Natal, Brazil, and her vascular surgery training in São Paulo, Brazil. Under the mentorship of Dr. Gustavo S. Oderich, her research focuses on complex aortic disease, fenestrated and branched endovascular aortic repair (FB-EVAR), advanced intraoperative imaging, and outcomes research.
