I Physician and Vascular Surgery resident with advanced training in Clinical Research, teaching experience, and current M.Sc. Candidate in Clinical Epidemiology. I am passionate about surgery because I understand it as a constantly evolving and highly resolutive medical specialty that can significantly improve patients’ quality of life. I am also particularly drawn to the opportunity within Vascular Surgery to design individualized, patient-centered therapies tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences. I have a Research background with high-impact scientific production, including several publications in Q1 journals, more than 1,060 citations, and an h-index of 8. Multiple distinctions at national and international conferences, as well as successful awarding of research grants. I aim to become a vascular surgeon who contributes to clinical practice through a standard of care centered on the patient and grounded in research, innovation, and evidence.
