Dr. Chahrour is the chief resident in vascular surgery at the University of Iowa. He completed his medical training at the American University of Beirut, followed by a general surgery internship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. His clinical interests include limb salvage, surgical infections, and vascular thrombosis. He is actively involved in research focused on improving procedural outcomes. Dr. Chahrour is committed to a career in academic vascular surgery with an emphasis on innovation, education, and quality improvement.
