Edward Arous received his medical degree and completed his integrated residency in vascular surgery from UMass Chan Medical School, and his master’s in public health from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is an Assistant Professor of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at UMass Chan Medical School. He has received multiple honors and awards throughout his career, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical society, the Darling Award for Best Scientific Paper from the New England Society for Vascular Surgery, and the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Medical Education. He is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the New England Society for Vascular Surgery, the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and the Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society.
