I am Ilse Torres, I am currently a research trainee in the division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine and an aspiring vascular surgeon. I earned my MD from the University of Tamaulipas, Mexico. My research focuses on improving surgical outcomes for patients with peripheral arterial disease, limb salvage, quality improvement, patient-centered treatment, and addressing health disparities.
