JOSEPH PATRICK HART studied medicine at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 2008, and was first appointed as an Attending Vascular Surgeon at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY in 2006. He was a Marco Polo Scholar of the Society for Vascular Surgery in 2005. He completed the Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership program at Brown University in 2019 and has been designated a Distinguished Fellow of the Society for Vascular Surgery. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, is a Lifetime Member of the National Eagle Scout Association, and is a graduate of Regis High School, NYC.
