Samantha Danielle Minc, MD, MPH, FACS, FSVS is an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Duke University School of Medicine, with a secondary appointment in Population Health Sciences. A board-certified vascular surgeon, her clinical and research work centers on limb preservation, amputation prevention, and reducing disparities in peripheral artery disease and diabetes. Dr. Minc is an NIH-funded clinician-scientist whose research integrates implementation science, mixed methods, and community-engaged approaches to improve vascular outcomes in high-risk populations. She serves in national leadership roles with the Vascular Quality Initiative and the American Heart Association and is Medical Director of the Duke Threatened Limb Clinic.
